Cancellation and Refund Rules

1.The reservation will only be confirmed with proof of payment of the first installment, by deposit in a checking account informed via e-mail (Email).

2.The deposit of the reservations can only be made within the period determined by the hotel. Deposits after the stipulated date will not be valuable and may be returned deducting expenses.

3.Cancellation of reservations or change in dates are valid only if communicated in writing and after confirmation of the hostel via e-mail (Email).

4.In case of withdrawal of the reservation the guest can arrange for its replacement by another guest on the same date and conditions.

5.Advance bookings are a commitment between the parties and their break-up by one of them will result in a fine for the reimbursement of the other. The rules and reimbursement amounts specified below are valid for cancellation by both the hotel and the guest.
It is not possible to transfer the booking amount from one apartment to another.

6. The rates start at 14:00 h and end at 12:00 h the next day, regardless of the time of entry.

Cancellation or change of dates will be subject to availability and collection of fees in accordance with the conditions below. The balance of payment of the nights will be charged at check-in.

CHANGE OF BOOKING DATES – the change will be made following the originality of the reservation made
No fee is charged for the transfer of data, only possible difference in price between one period and another, always being charged the highest tariff, observing whether the following time limits:

• 10 days in advance of arrival date for low season;

• 20 days prior to the date of entry for high season. Note: Changing booking dates, should always respect the availability of vacancies of pousada . For extended holiday packages and festive dates ( New Year and Carnival) change of booking dates is not permitted.

CANCELLATION FOR PREPAYMENT BOOKINGS (Normal days)

The cancellation policy instructed by EMBRATUR in accordance with Normative Resolution No. 165/95, proceeds as follows:
•In case of early departure of the contracted nights, there will be no refund of the amount paid in advance
•Cancellation notice with more than 29 days in advance of the entry into the Pousada (check-in), there is return of 100% So valor payment, discounting bank fee
•Cancellation notice with 29 days to 15 days in advance of the entry into the Pousada (check-in) , there is return of 50% So valor payment, discounting bank fee or a hosting credit will be generated in the full amount paid.
•Cancellation notice with 14 days to 7 days in advance of the entry into the Pousada (check-in) , there is no return of the amount paid but generated a hosting credit in the full amount paid .
•Cancellation notice less than 7 days of entry into the Pousada (check-in) , there is no return of the amount paid or generated hosting credit .

CANCELLATION FOR BOOKINGS WITH ADVANCE PAYMENT ON LONG HOLIDAYS/ AND OR SPECIAL PACKAGES)

•Cancellation notice with more than 29 days in advance of the entry into the Pousada (check-in), there is return of 100% So valor payment, discounting bank fee
•Cancellation notice with 29 days to 15 days in advance of the entry into the Pousada (check-in) , there is no refund of the amount paid but a hosting credit in the full amount paid.
•Cancellation notice less than 15 days of entry into the Pousada (check-in) , there is no return of the amount paid or generated hosting credit .

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION FOR GROUPS AND EVENTS

In case of cancellation, the amount deposited on the booking confirmation will not be refunded in cash, but rather in credit for hosting, provided that communication is made up to 15 (Fifteen) days prior to the check-in date. The customer will have the credit for lodging in full amount anticipated, as long as you choose a new date at the time of cancellation.

Less than 15 (Fifteen) days prior to the check-in date, the customer will not be entitled to any return on credit for hosting.

All outstanding Credit must be used until 90 (Ninety) days counted from the date of cancellation of the reservation

CANCELLATION BOOKING DUE TO COVID PANDEMIC 19

Provides for the postponement and cancellation of services, reservations and events of the tourism and culture sectors due to the state of public calamity recognized by Legislative Decree No. 6, of 20 March 2020, and the public health emergency of international importance arising from the Covid-19 pandemic.

WITHDRAWAL AFTER ENTRY

The withdrawal of stay on arrival or after the entry as well as early departure for any reason WILL NOT ENTITLED TO ANY REFUND, CASH REFUND OR CREDIT IN NEW DAILY, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid by the package or daily.

Cancellation notice with less than 24 hs or on the show ** (no-show on the day of arrival) , there is no reversal and is not entitled to credit.
**In the show is a withdrawal without cancellation, this is, when the guest does not attend the hostel on the date of entry booked. The vacancy will remain available for 24 hours, from the time of entry. After this period, the reservation will be cancelled (with retention of 100% So valor payment), providing a place for others interested.
How our tariff changes seasonally and on holidays, the credit of 100% or 50% is in value and not necessarily in daily numbers.
